Diana is excellent. First off, while I didn't know she was evaluating me, she was sizing up my gait and made the observation about how I walked being related to my vastus medialis being underdeveloped, and it is. She made some really helpful postural corrections that were innovative as well. Her insights, phenomenal observational skills, and innovation make her the best trainer I've worked with and I highly recommend her. - Jennifer
Diana is sneaky. I hate exercising, and elevating my heart rate used to bring on panic attacks. But some long term back problems (caused by a sedentary lifestyle and then a car accident) led me to seekthe assistance of a personal trainer. It was quite a challenge; my muscles had deteriorated to the point where I couldn't even sit up straight. The only bad thing I can think of is when she says 'you're done', and she just means done with that set, but there are still 10 more sets to go :-P. But since I have lost about 6 inches off my waist, and have visible triceps and biceps for the first time in 15 years, I really shouldn't complain. - Bridget
