I am passionate about bringing, restorative movement, nourishing nutrition, and practical healthy living practices to women who are caring for the next generation of humans.

I also happen to be really good at it.

My Whole Mama program is designed just for you, lady with no time, and no energy. Lady who wants some of the old things back where they were, and some new things on the horizon. Lady who knows she needs to make ‘self-care’ a priority, but is baffled at how that’s supposed to work.

I had my first daughter in 2003, and my most recent in 2018. I had four completely different birth experiences, including a midwife-attended home birth, an emergency c-section, a long, medication-free birth center VBAC, and a fast-and-furious two-hour labor that almost ended on my dining room floor.

I have learned how to manage and maintain a positive relationship with my body, a personal fitness practice, structural integrity, and my sanity. I'll show you what works for me, and help you find what works for you. We’ll explore movement safely through pregnancy and beyond, and navigate postpartum renewal together.


I'm a pro

On top of my personal experience, I have more than 13 years of hands-on work in the pre- and postnatal wellness fields; I have multiple maternal, infant, and adolescent-focused certifications, I have logged over a thousand hours of continuing education, and I have worked with hundreds of women just like you. All of this comes together to make me an ideal resource for personal training and health coaching before, during, and after pregnancy.

Curious about which exercises to perform, and which to avoid? How to eat to grow a healthy baby, while keeping you feeling strong, and energetic? I’ve got you.

I also help you get reacquainted with your body after baby is born, along with navigating diastisis recti, pelvic floor trauma, and postural alignment issues. I help you move better, look healthier, and feel stronger in your body in the postpartum phase and beyond. 

I'm also a doula, or a birth companion that assists in labor and delivery. Since 2012 I have been walking women through the birthing process in this very intimate way, and I’m so honored every time I’m chosen to do so. And by adding fitness coaching to childbirth preparation, I deliver a full service experience, designed to truly care for you during this dynamic stage of life.


I'm a chef

I have been working with food for the last 20+ years in restaurants and as a personal chef.

I specialize in showing women how to make healthy and delicious foods to nourish themselves and their families, and meal plan and prep like a boss. I offer classes and tutorials, as well as done-for-you services like weekly menu planning to minimize stress and maximize wellness (read: “just tell me what to eat!”)
