Let’s start with what you need to know: I’m an experienced personal trainer, nutritionist, and health coach in Central Austin. Now, let’s talk about what you want to know: Like many of you, I’m a wife and mom with a full-time career. I share the struggles of too much to do and not enough hours in the day. I understand how hard it is to carve out time to work out, eat right and take care of you. I even, gasp, don't love traditional exercise. In fact, I think it’s okay if you don't either.
