Hi, I’m diana.

I started FemmePower Fitness to serve women just like you.

When I started my fitness journey, I was lost, confused, and uncomfortable in my own skin. I didn’t know how I was supposed to be moving my body, how to eat well, or even how to speak nicely to myself. I knew I had to do something but I didn’t know where to start. That was 17 years ago, and for the last 15 I’ve been coaching women using the techniques I used to forge a path to wellness that started at ground zero.

My coaching through all of the FemmePower signature programs reacquaint women with their bodies, and show them how to maximize their health, their vitality, and their power through movement, nutrition, and practical self-care.

When I hit the place where I was fed up with information that was confusing and overwhelming, and when I knew I needed to change my life, I couldn’t find help. And when I was in a catastrophic accident in 2007 (without insurance) I was put in charge of my own healing in a new way. Add to that four babies and I’ve had to recover, rebuild, and renew my body year after year, it seems.

Striking out on my own was hard (too hard) but I learned valuable lessons and skills that I teach to my client-friends every day. I started FemmePower to make sure that women would have a place to go when the answers were hard to find, and the motivation was hard to rally, and the options seemed few. I take all of my extensive education, wellness knowledge, personal and client experience, and some good old fashioned love, and offer guidance and structure to help you get you on track.

All of my personal journeys have started by being so fed up I started flipping tables.

I get you stronger so you can flip yours.

A little more about me

Let me start by saying up front that I’m not a natural mover, and I haven’t been fit my whole life. My story didn’t start with me playing sports at a young age, or eating well naturally. My personal success has been all trial and error, and based on my personal experience. That’s why I can relate to you, and show you exactly how to get where you want to go.

That personal journey led me to seek fitness training certifications (AFAA, 2006; ACE 2008) nutritional coaching certifications (Nutritional Dimension, 2007-2009; ongoing) and all manner of supplemental training over the years (Practical Pilates, 2008; MovNat, 2015; A New Beginning School of Massage, 2016; to name a few). That education has nothing on the nearly 14 years spent working directly with women on changing their lives for the better.

Name every injury, illness, struggle, and foible and I’ve either dealt with it personally, or I’ve walked a client through it. And because I’m a nerd and an education fiend, I tend to research the crap out of everything that crosses my path.

I’m also a Mama to four amazing girls, and my experience parenting and loving them fuels my approach just as much as any certification. They inspire, enrage, and encourage me. And I am eternally grateful.

Y’all, I love what I do. And my methods work. Just come see for yourself.
